Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
Booking Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the spraying course. If payment is not received, your course date will not be confirmed. If you are using CITB funding, the same policy applies.
Course Date Changes
Course bookings are non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule your course, you will be required to pay the full course fee again to secure a new date.
This policy may be waived under exceptional circumstances, as detailed below.
Course Date Cancellations
All course bookings are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or if you fail to attend the course, no refund will be issued. Should you wish to rebook, the full course fee will apply.
CITB Employer Network Bookings
For bookings made through the CITB Employer Network, a 70% payment will be made directly to us by CITB, and a 30% payment will be required from you. However, the above terms and conditions will still apply, and CITB will issue an invoice for any applicable charges directly to you.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In certain exceptional situations, we may allow the rescheduling or cancellation of your course. If you are unable to attend due to injury or illness, please notify us as soon as possible and provide supporting documentation, such as a doctor’s note.
Trainer Absence
In the rare event that a trainer is unwell or otherwise unfit to conduct the course, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the training session. We will make every effort to ensure that the course proceeds as planned. In the event that the course cannot be delivered as scheduled, you will be offered the option to transfer to an alternative date or receive a full refund.
