Terms and Conditions for Spray Painting Training Courses
1. Introduction
By booking a course with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking. These terms outline the policies related to payment, cancellations, rescheduling, and other important details regarding your booking for our spray painting training courses.
2. Booking Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course.
- If payment is not received, your course date will not be confirmed.
- If you are using CITB funding, the same payment policy applies.
3. Course Date Changes
- All course bookings are non-refundable.
- Should you need to reschedule your course, please let us know well in advance. We reserve the right to refuse requests to change a course date; however, we will make every effort to accommodate your request whenever possible. If you provide less than 8 weeks' notice you will be required to pay the full course fee again to secure a new date. If we are unable to move your course date, you will be required to pay the full course fee again to secure a new date.
- In exceptional circumstances, the rescheduling or cancellation policy may be waived, as detailed in Section 6.
4. Course Date Cancellations
- All course bookings are non-refundable.
- If you cancel or fail to attend the course, no refund will be issued.
- In the event of a cancellation or no-show, if you wish to rebook, the full course fee will apply.
5. CITB Employer Network Bookings
- For bookings made through the CITB Employer Network, a 70% payment will be made directly to us by CITB, and a 30% payment will be required from you.
- The above terms and conditions, including payment policies, will still apply.
- CITB will issue an invoice for any applicable charges directly to you if you don't attend.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of illness or injury that prevents you from attending the course, please notify us as soon as possible and provide supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note). In such exceptional cases, we may allow rescheduling or cancellation of the course. However, please note that this is handled on a case-by-case basis and is at our discretion.
7. Trainer Absence
In the rare event that a trainer is unwell or otherwise unfit to conduct the course, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the training session. We will make every effort to ensure the course proceeds as planned. If the course cannot be delivered as scheduled, you will be offered the option to transfer to an alternative date or receive a full refund.
